Carolina Dreaming

Charleston, South Carolina is among my very favorite cities (in any country).  I love the pastel colors, and the sweetgrass baskets, and everything about the southern charm (that is real, and tangible, and happy).

We brought the baby along for a first experience on Rainbow Row; and enjoyed the horse-drawn carriage rides, the incredible food, the happy (!) discovery of some sweet grass, and the Battery (and Pineapple Fountain) at dusk!
